The service

Hawk Tickets makes instant offers to buy Iowa Hawkeye football tickets. When you accept an offer, you agree to transfer the tickets through Hawkeye Sports by the send-by time shown, and we agree to pay the locked price to the payout account you entered once the tickets arrive. If the tickets don't arrive in time, the offer is released. You confirm you own the tickets and are allowed to transfer them.

SMS program: Hawk Tickets order updates

• What you'll get: texts about your order, such as your confirmation, a reminder before your send-by time, confirmation that we received your tickets, and confirmation that we paid you.
• How you sign up: by entering your mobile number on our sell form and checking the box agreeing to receive order text updates. Future-game texts are a separate, optional checkbox and are never required to sell.
• How often: message frequency varies. If you opt in to future-game texts, message frequency for those also varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to resubscribe.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
